About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and strategic “Social Media Manager” to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our clients’ social media strategies. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their brand awareness, driving engagement, and increasing conversions through various social media platforms.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of 1 – 2 years, in social media management is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and how to engage them.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and advertising platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with our clients’ marketing goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across multiple social media platforms.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Analyze social media insights to guide future social media strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create and optimize social media campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on social media performance and insights.
