About the Role:

Are you a results-oriented business development professional with a knack for building relationships and closing deals? As a “Freelance Sales Executive” at DigiSocium, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This freelance position allows you to work remotely, manage your own schedule, and earn compensation based on the success of each project. You’ll have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth of our agency and contribute to our long-term success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in business development, sales, or a related field is expected. It can be relaxed for exceptional candidates.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Arts, Design, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
  • Must be fluent in English while communicating with the clients.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Linkedin, Upwork and Fiverr.
  • Understanding of how to attract and engage clients through these platforms.
  • Ability to take calls and close leads.
  • Strong presenter.
  • Must have a functioning phone, computer, webcam, and stable Wi-Fi.
  • Available to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets through research, networking, and outreach and arrange meetings.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Manually sending DM’s and outreach messages via LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Email and other platforms.
  • Examining clients’ businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives.
  • Present and pitch our services to potential clients and close deals.
  • Get initial briefs from the client.
  • Collaborate with the DigiSocium team to develop tailored marketing solutions / quotes for prospective clients.
  • Deliver projects within the agreed timeframe and budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regular follow-up with existing clients and partners.
  • Manage and track sales activities, including lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Build relationships with foreign agency owners for partnerships and white label projects.
